1. Reserve Your Wedding Date

Bouquet preservation begins before the wedding day.

Because we accept a limited number of bouquets, reserving your date ahead of time ensures there is space on our preservation calendar for your flowers. A $100 non-refundable deposit and signed contract officially secure your reservation.

You don’t need to know exactly which pieces you’d like at the time of booking. We’ll ask for a general idea of what you’re interested in so we know how many flowers to preserve, and your final selections can be confirmed later.

2. Get Your Flowers to Our Studio

After your wedding, time matters.

Fresh flowers should arrive at our studio as soon as possible for the best preservation results. Local clients can arrange to drop off their bouquet, while clients from across the country can overnight ship their flowers using our detailed packing and shipping instructions.

We recommend getting your flowers to us within a few days of your wedding and caring for them according to the instructions we provide until they’re ready to be dropped off or shipped.

3. Your Flowers Are Carefully Dried

Once your bouquet arrives, we begin preparing the individual flowers for preservation.

The blooms are carefully selected and placed into a professional drying agent that removes moisture while helping them retain as much of their natural shape and color as possible.

It’s important to know that preserved flowers will not look exactly the same as fresh flowers. Some varieties may deepen, soften or shift in color during the drying process. These natural changes are part of preserving real flowers and make every finished piece completely unique.

4. Your Preservation Pieces Are Designed

Once your flowers have fully dried, it’s time to determine how they’ll live on.

You’ll confirm your final preservation selections, whether you’ve chosen one of our thoughtfully designed preservation collections or individual à la carte pieces.

Your dried flowers are then arranged by hand to create a balanced design that showcases the most meaningful and beautiful elements of your bouquet.

5. Your Flowers Are Preserved in Resin

Once the design is ready, the resin preservation process begins.

Your flowers are carefully encased in clear resin through a multi-step process. Each piece requires time, precision and careful finishing to achieve the clarity and polished appearance that allows the flowers inside to remain the focus.

Because every piece is handmade using real flowers, slight variations and tiny natural characteristics are expected. They’re part of what makes floral preservation different from a mass-produced product. It is human-made artwork.

6. Your Finished Keepsakes Come Home

After your pieces have been poured, polished, and carefully inspected, they’re prepared for their journey home.

Each collection is packaged so that opening your preserved flowers feels like another meaningful part of the experience.

What began as flowers carried on your wedding day can now become artwork or functional keepsakes displayed throughout your home, allowing a small part of that day to remain with you for years to come.
